I give Don Scott zero stars. He neglected to tell us that our oil tank was leaking and nearly 70 years old which makes it original. A new tank for this house was quoted at well over 2k. Not only this but he failed to find that our furnace was leaking water and in need of a new pressure regulator and gasket. Just two months of us living in this house we have nearly shoveled out over $4000 in repairs that should have been caught at our home inspection I paid over $500 for.
