I have delivered at this location on multiple occasions. Although it's tight maneuvering to the entrance and that stupid fire hydrant that sits nearly in the middle while you're trying to dock, the people there are the best! They seem to always be happy to see you and they unload lickety split!
Make sure you have your tandems all the way forward as the turn from JEB Stuart Pkwy to Technology Park is TIGHT. You WILL run over the curb no matter what, but it is doable. The lot is not the smallest I’ve had to maneuver in, but there’s a nice fire hydrant kinda in the way of R1-R3, especially if you have a sleeper and/or the place is busy. Thankfully, it wasn’t busy when I backed in. Nice folks inside. Pretty quick unloading time.

Not very Semi truck friendly it will make you sweat trying to get in. Receiving is 6 am- noon only.
