Extremely overpriced! I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents who had a clogged toilet. They happened to see a plumber advertisement with a $37 coupon at their local diner so they figured they would call him up. They were told about a $80 or $90 service call so they figured they would end up paying about $50 total, which would’ve been perfectly reasonable He came over and fixed the clog in 5 minutes with a plunger and then charged them $280. The guy on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. If I was there I would punch them in his face.. They sound like a ripp off company
Good plumbers. Just not keen on paying a fee for them coming out just to check what's wrong, and if you use them or not still get charged a fee.
Excellent customer service!! Definitely recommend!
The gentlemen that came to help me were kind and professional, very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what was wrong immediately. They tested the plumbing, they cleaned drains, they installed an auto vent under my sink, and they showed me what they found every step of the way. I’m very grateful they fixed my multiple problems in one afternoon. I would recommend them and would use them again.
