Alan is extremely personal and the process was enjoyable. I was not informed of escrow being necessary to close. We paid 20% down - and I have never been required to escrow property taxes or home insurance. BTW we paid a year in advance for our homeowners and Ameris shoukd not be collect $10,000 + of my money. Yet charge any kind of fee to remove the escrow. So - after that scenario was cleared up- the process went just fine.
Excellent attention, they were very diligent in all aspects, they were always on the lookout. Very good service.
I am a first time home buyer and have had the pleasure of being supported by David. He was always extremely responsive, he kept me in the loop and was awesome at explaining things throughout the entire process. Thank you so much David! I would highly recommend him!
