Came in to deposit an e-check from work, the teller refused, said they couldn't do, they didn't have the ability, I thought that was strange for a bank not to have the capability to deal with e checks and be that inconvenient, so when i questioned that, their assistant manager, Sue Ferrell, was nearby and decided to get involved, and just started telling me off, sarcastically asking me "how are we going to print that????", "we don't have the ability to print!"
