Worst bank ever!!! While checking my account balance I noticed a transaction of $500 deducted from my account. I thought the activity was fraudulent so I contacted the 1-800 customer service line. After investigation from the representative I was informed that 3 months ago I made a transaction that was not properly processed and somehow it was just discovered . If there is a mistake fine.
