Everyone was extremely helpful. They were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions and helped relieve the fear I had about my problems. I gladly give them a 5
I will not use this beach location again. ATM was not working properly at 8 am, and I did not receive my requested withdraw funds. I am thankful I kept the failed ATM receipt because the amount was deducted immediately from my account. Ameris Bank did not notice their ATM cash totals were incorrect ... how can that happen? The teller (I will not publish her name) researched but said they had to file a complaint against the ATM company and it would take 7 to 10 days before my funds would be added back.
