*PLEASE BE AWARE!! Today I visited Fidelity/Ameris Bank off Commerce Dr to inquire about opening an account. I parked in a parking lot adjacent to the bank b/c there was no parking in their lot (people were double parked). Upon returning to my car there was a boot on it and a $75 fine. The “Boot” man said the parking lot is not intended for the bank! This is crazy! Ameris why not just buy into having more spaces for your clients so that THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN! 😡 It is for this reason I will not frequent this location again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE. I put that in caps so the Northlake Tucker branch manager can look it up to see the definition. So I had a deposit that was rather substantial for a job and the issuer bank needed to verify it wasn't fraud, no big deal, they verify and release the funds... Sounds pretty much basic practice except this branch debits my account and won't redeposit the check and says I have to get another one issued.
