Worked for Ameriquest a few years back as a wheelchair van driver. I was also long time friends with many of the EMTs. All employees were supposed to be paid biweekly on Fridays, however upper management would give us our checks, but ask us not to cash them until the following Tuesday because “ funds wouldn’t be available until then “. Friendly staff, courteous, and Reliable. I'm satisfied. They'd call me directly to let me know if they were going to be late.
As a workplace, poor. As of billing, extremely poor.
Fast response, great service. Company really showed excellent service when I needed an ambulance at 6am in a snowy weather to get to UPEN hospital. Ameriquest is always the first company I go to if I need this kind of service!
Terrible management running this company. Be prepared to wait hours to get picked up from your appointment. Would never recommend using this company.
