Do not trust their assessment of storm damage. Their team came to my door and claimed he identified lots of damage and that insurance will cover replacement. I file a claim and find out there is no damage at all on my roof. (even their resource that was there agreed) Never again, all they did is agitate my insurance company and cause a claim on my record. Be careful listening to any promises from them.

On March 16, 2026, 81-year-old widowed mom contacted American Pro Roofing after two shingles blew off her roof during high winds and rain. On March 18, a sales manager named Ben came to her Columbus Ohio home and had her sign a contingency agreement with a three-business-day cancellation clause.
