Cold called to say they were "in the area and could give a free roof inspection" then when I told them I wouldn't be available and not interested they proceeded to keep asking for dates they could come out.
Sam is not just the top of her field, she is the literal Sherlock Holmes of shingles. She tracked down damaged areas on my father’s roof like the FBI’s most wanted list, and got him approved for a full replacement AND new gutters. 10/10 recommend.

This is an outstanding company. The representative ( Amecco Watkins) was so helpful with filing my claim and extremely knowledgeable regarding every step that I needed to take. I am so grateful for his assistance. I am also glad Julie explained the final steps that would be taken and she would answer any questions or concerns to ensure I was happy with the company's services. The Roof was completed in two days quicker than i expected. Thank you for making us feel like the priority.
Shady and unreliable. There whole business model is get your claims no matter if they are legit or not. There are much more reliable companys to deal with. Also there prices are absurd.
