Came by after a storm and littered in my yard.
Extremely pushy and unprofessional. One of their reps, Chad Staniec, came to my door aggressively knocking like there was some kind of emergency. Luckily, I have a video doorbell, so I spoke to him through the camera. He was trying to sell me a roof inspection and I politely told him, “I’m good, have a wonderful weekend.” Instead of respecting that, he pushed further and asked, “Well, have you inspected your roof recently?” I replied again, saying I’d rather not answer and reminded him that I was not interested. This started as a five star review but eventually turned into a nightmare. Multiple leaks two months in, “connected” the furnace exhaust incorrectly almost poisoning my family, and messed up attic insulation and refused to fix it. If I had more time I would sue. STAY AWAY!!!
AmeriPro did a great job on my roof, but I also appreciate how hard they worked to resolve insurance issues. Without AmeriPro, there is no way I would have figured out the mess that the insurance company put me in. Really appreciated that help!
