Recived a hot call and agreed to have an estimate done on my roof. I waited around all Saturday for the tech to arrive and no one showed up. I then called the office twice to figure out what was going on only to be told they would call me back soon just to have them not call back.
I worked with Mr. Eric Halligan, who was excellent. He was able to explain the process and cost. This company is high professional and is very thorough in their inspection. I would recommend this company for any service.
