We hired AmeriPro Roofing to replace our roof. Water has been pouring over our gutters in two separate locations every time it rains. This issue did not exist before their work was done. We submitted video documentation clearly showing overflow location during active rainfall, as required. Despite this, AmeriPro denied our warranty claim, citing the time elapsed since installation. David Larson at Ameripro has been wonderful to work with during our roof replacement. He's extremely knowledgable about the materials, the process, identifying damages, and working with the insurance companies. He was very responsive, was helpful during the insurance adjustor's inspection, answered all of our questions, and advocated for us throughout the entire project.
Ben is great and very professional and made the entire process super enjoyable
