My sales rep was the best thing about this experience! After that it was horrible!!! They had to replace the decking, which they explained from the beginning. When doing so, they did not tell me that they would be dropping a ton of debris into my home. My garage roof is not closed in on the inside. I have a lot of storage in the top, loft area. Sales representative Dave Larson was extremely knowledgeable and informative! Dave took detailed ownership of our home roof inspection process. Dave was extremely helpful with working with our insurance provider. Dave made sure all storm damage was accounted for and presented to our insurance provider. The roof was insured! Ben provided great service and I was able to get my roof replaced earlier than expected.
So thankful to Ben Kniep for making this process so seamless. Incredibly professional and triple checked everything to make sure we had the best quality installation. Worked with our insurance company and their engineer to ensure our claim was correct. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Ben and Ameripro.
