My husband and I had our roof installed by AmeriPro in 2018, and since 2023 we’ve had leaking in our bathroom (around the skylight) and in our garage. They came out once and claimed to “fix” it, but the leaking only got worse. We are now at the point where we have to put a bucket under our bathroom light fixture. We’ve called AmeriPro multiple times and have been bounced around with zero accountability. Extremely Satisfied with the Job. Fast effective and feels like Family. David Holeman was my consultant, he walked me through the process. After the job was completed he helped me handle a specific task with Billing. Then he followed up to see was the inquiry satisfied the very next day. I would say the communication was A+
Excellent customer service and brand new roof! Looks amazing thanks to the Ameripro crew. They follow up if you have any issues so no worries there. Overall great service, not just your ordinary roofers.
Scam artists at their best. They make empty promises just to secure the job. They will lie to you, deceive you at still expect full payment. They submitted false claims of completed work that still is not complete. They find other ways to add work that you don't want or need just to over charge your insurance company. Buyer beware!
