First and foremost would like to thank AmeriPro for helping my mother get her roof repaired a few weeks ago. My mother’s home was in need of repairs, we had animals in our attic due to damage, and we didn’t know what to do. While the crew completed the job, the overall experience was disappointing due to communication issues and the lack of follow-up. I hope the company improves its customer support in the future.

Over-promised, under-delivered. My roof was leaking in several places, dry wall was stained on the ceiling and water was running down the wall straight down to the basement due to the leak. AmeriPro was so ineffective at their job and seemed to be friends with the insurance company (spent 45 minutes outside of my house reminiscing about their aunts or something after they assessed the damage). The insurance didn't pay out a dime and AmeriPro did not go to bat for me despite the severe storm damage. Go elsewhere! I had to pay... read more
