UPDATE: They came to do an inspection to see if I qualified for a refund. During this inspection he insisted on taking photos of my windows and wanted me to sign a release. I did not sign a release but had contractors come look at my windows. My windows have active leaks. All three contractors were adamant that any inspector would realize this issue.
