UPDATE 2/28/2020: they are STILL not paying our insurance when we have an escrow account. They will NOT cooperate or take calls from USAA (our insurance provider) and they will not return calls to us. They should be compensating us for our time. ************************************* If you have any problems, they will send you to their corporate office, which is a pain to work with.
