If I could leave <1 star, I would. One of this Ameriprise Insurance's clients rear-ended me nearly 2 months ago, and they are REFUSING to accept any liability for my property damages! All I can get from them is recommendation to go through my own insurance company and pay my deductible to take them to litigation! This is unacceptable as I was no way at fault! My vehicle is the grey SUV in the photo, their client is the black sports car crushed under it.
