This is from my sister. Who was MORE then patient with customer service. I am absolutely in shock with how we have been treated by this company. Once they decide to charge you for a licensed driver in your home, even though they were already insured, even though they moved out, even though you jump through ALL of there hoops and PROVE the person was already insured 2 weeks before your automatic payment is charged to your account, they still charge you.
