The customer service was excellent throughout our roofing project. Everyone was friendly and responsive, and the crew completed the work carefully while keeping the property clean.
The issue was a few missing shingles and minor leaks from a recent storm, and they fixed it efficiently in about three hours with a thorough inspection to ensure no further damage. Compared to previous roof repairs we've had, this visit was notably more comprehensive and detailed.
I was expecting some delays in dealing with building management but the contractor was quick about it and we had the roof repair done in less than three hours. They kept us well informed along the way and took care of the water seepage issue that others contractors had ignored.
Superb attention to safety and quality. The project manager kept us updated with photos throughout the entire installation process
Smooth and stress-free process. The project manager kept us updated daily, and the final result exceeded our expectations completely
