I've been to several infusion centers over the years and can't say enough about how awesome this center is, as compared to others. Really, on every level, from the pleasant and caring staff, to all of the details around prep, comfort, and well trained nurses. They even offer a variety of snacks and drinks. Special shout out to Desirae for her amazing poking skills, and kindness.
My wife gets infusions every 6 months for her MS and and everyone here is so helpful our nurse Desira and her assistant Vanessa are absolutely wonderful knowing Desira is a regular staff person make it so much more enjoyable coming in. Thanks to everyone at this center
All the staff are so very pleasent. Nurse Desirae is the most amazing nurse i have ever had the pleasure to come in contact with. Nurse Desirae has the best bedside manner, she is empithetic to your issues, she cares about her patience, and to top it off she has the softest "stick" i have ever had. I thank you so much for an amazing experience.
This is the best company I have ever worked with. I was due for an infusion and things did not go well with the people I was working with. I was being scheduled for a home infusion, I felt like I had lost complete control, I was afraid to have the infusion because the people I was working with did not want me to have the infusion done at a medical facility. The infusion center looks and feels like a resort. Feels very comfortable and stress relieved to be in it. They have massage, reclining chairs and seats for guests. Staff are amiable and helpful.
