Ms Nancy Clark was my real estate broker for a sales and a subsequent purchase transaction. Regarding the sales transaction, Nancy marketed proficiently, quickly bringing in multiple offers. The sales price closed higher than my initial ask. When purchasing, Nancy Clark showed me multiple properties in my price range, negotiated effectively, and got a fair price and quick closing.
