I phoned for info on wireless service and was told that I reached Safety net services? All the reps sounded like English was their 14th language and that they were in the Philippines although they insisted that they were in Florida. Sounded like a huge lunchroom from childhood but no English spoken. Everything that I said into my phone I got to hear again. It kept repeating my words. A very flusterating experience. Definitely a 1 because it wouldn’t let me rate it a negative.
