Absolute terrible company. Consistently pays employees late. Comes up with every excuse in the book for it. Refuses to fix trucks and when they do go to the shop they don’t pay to get them fixed for months at a time. They run trucks that are not up to state code. Then threatens employees ems license and their jobs when they won’t run said unsafe trucks. I highly recommend Amerimed EMS. Amerimed EMS picked me up from Trousdale Medical Center and transported me to Ascension Saint Thomas Behavorial Health Hospital for my 4th inpatient hospital stay. The Amerimed EMS personnel were very professional, kind, friendly and compassionate. The Amerimed EMS personnel were also non judgmental. The Amerimed EMS person who rode in the back of the ambulance with me talked with me some and it helped calm me down some since I was overwhelmed with my psychiatric situations. Traci from Amerimed is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. She came into the dealership I was at just moments ago and was cussing. She called a service advisor a “POS” when he walked away to get the paperwork on one of the ambulances. If this is the type of professionalism this company has in another place of business I can only imagine how they treat their patients.
