Can not speak to anyone in there about my "warranty" for my busted window. No response calling or emailing. Before they were bought out they had much better customer service. Really bummed out. I used to have them out every year to fix broken windows cause they break all the time. No joke. Update. They never called. I would strongly suggest to everyone to avoid both Amerimax and Cascade . Fast forward one year later, 30 emails and countless phone calls later and no response for a repair.
Great windows, we replaced all windows in our home, they were installed in 2012 - it is now 2024 and they are still performimg very well. Thank you Amerimax!
Your installed windows leak significant air when wind blows, making very loud vibrating/farting noise that your technicians have never been able to resolve. Happens consistently on both levels of our home. Should never have purchased these from dealer

Purchased windows for home improvement, these windows they make are complete garbage. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for windows.
