Your installed windows leak significant air when wind blows, making very loud vibrating/farting noise that your technicians have never been able to resolve. Happens consistently on both levels of our home. Should never have purchased these from dealer

Purchased windows for home improvement, these windows they make are complete garbage. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for windows.
I couldn't be more disappointed with these window, but especially their service. Drafty and break all the time. I wouldn't recommend. The company has been bought up and is even worst now.The "lifetime warranty', is a falsehood. Two weeks and still no call or email. Well it took quite a while, but they came out and repaired. A guy named Todd was my contact there and is a decent guy. The only one I could find there. Now we are here again 1 year later.So far 8 emails and many calls. No response.
