Great windows, we replaced all windows in our home, they were installed in 2012 - it is now 2024 and they are still performimg very well. Thank you Amerimax!
Your installed windows leak significant air when wind blows, making very loud vibrating/farting noise that your technicians have never been able to resolve. Happens consistently on both levels of our home. Should never have purchased these from dealer
All 4 windows have broken locks/latches. Some have discolored glass. Not pleased
Truck drivers can park overnight … for pick up come to right side of building .. delivery in left … pickup backup truck toward dock from outside… white old man with beard n long hair was superb.. helps alot in getting loading n paperworks
Purchased a home of a passed away owner who had passed away and had a lifetime warranty on windows they had installed. This company said it wasn’t transferable without a written transfer from the original owner. Had all the paperwork, was willing to pay the transfer fee. How’s that even possible, terrible customer service. Windows you thought were covered in you home.. now not. Don’t use this company.
