They did a good job cleaning
I stopped using them for all the same reasons listed but was curious if someone else had expensive items missing..I see in the posts read there was. As I had 2 expensive items missing after their service also
If there was any way to give a ZERO star, I would. I purchased this agency with a Groupon.The saying is true, you get what you pay for! When I scheduled the services, I made it crystal clear, I wanted my home cleaned during the morning hours. The Groupon was included 3 people for one hour of cleaning. On my scheduled day, I had not heard from anyone, so at approximately 11am, I contacted the office and was told, the arrival time would be between the hours of 1-2pm. Worst service ever!!! They don’t do nothing. Did cost me a lot. Don’t let them fool you. Very unprofessional too.
I had a terrible experience with Amerimaids. They were scheduled to arrive on 2/17, but after running extremely late with no call or update, I had to reach out myself. I was kind enough to reschedule for the next day, but they were late again, and the organizer showed no concern for my time. I booked a 1-man, 2-hour service, but instead, 4 women showed up for only 27 minutes. They only vacuumed 4 floors—no tubs were scrubbed, and I had already done the dishes before they arrived.
