After seeing two dermatologists, I was told they used the wrong laser for my skin type. Amerilaser should have known that. Total waste of time and money. Go to a dermatologist.

Horrible, just horrible experience. I would never ever recommend this place. Now it’s my last third session here, and I am waiting outside of the building in my car. They rescheduled from my Monday appointment when I just came and all machines did not work, for Saturday and now I am here but the building is closed. I will add my foto to prove I am here. Just unacceptable relationship with people, like we are not a human and we don’t have kids or family and we can spend our time to come here for a couple times for nothing.

I try to schedule an appointment. Left messages, but nobody calling me back to schedule it, not even bother to respond.

I purchased a three laser hair removal package. On the day of my final session (5/7) I had to reschedule last minute. I ended up cancelling that appointment and rescheduling for 6/4. When I arrived on 6/4 the staff member stated that I had already completed my three sessions and would need to pay for this appointment. I explained to her I had not had three sessions as I cancelled my appoint on 5/7. I purchased a Groupon from you and have been trying to make an appointment for days! No one is answering the phone! And your website doesn’t work. Starting to think it’s a scam.
