The employees in the office were standing and talking while people waited in line, didn’t acknowledge us. Gave us the wrong paperwork. The people handling cargo were nice.

My experience with this company was wonderful, they were the only company willing to ship my sweet dog to Puerto Rico. All the communication is by email, but it works. I sent all my paperwork by email and then I did have everything with me, and I wait a little bit but everything went well. My dog landed saved in Puerto Rico. I’m very happy.

Necesitan botar a todos los trabajadores de la oficina de recogida. Cuatro horas de espera y todos adentro hablando y riéndose, y la cola inmensa. Esperando y ellos sin hacer nada, terrible personal.

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. They are the most unwilling to help staff I have ever encountered in an airline. The agents that were there were too lazy to do the paperwork that I needed and the person that was supposed to do it was nowhere to be found. The level of laziness of the present agents was so much that they could not even try to call the one that wasn’t there so that they can come and do my paperwork. If you don’t want to lose hours of your time, go to another Airline.

Amerijet company has The airport workers' collective is the most racist, mistreating drivers. I myself was a victim of bureaucracy because of the color of my skin. I stood in line and white people went ahead of me, and I was only attended to when there was no one else left, and not before a coffee break. Only then did they pick me up and process my documentation.
