When I got there, the place was empty and they had just a new employee at the desk, they guy did a mistake and did not realize that I was there to pick up and NOT drop off, when I went to the cargo doors everyone refused to load the product because I was missing a "red stamp, after spending almost 2 hours talking to different people they sent me back to the office, the office was now filled with multiple customers and had to wait another hour, spoke to 5 different people"explaining or trying to" tell me that I had gone to th... read more
The employees in the office were standing and talking while people waited in line, didn’t acknowledge us. Gave us the wrong paperwork. The people handling cargo were nice.
