Once again, I had a terrible experience at Amerijet Export & Import. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. to transport human remains for international shipment, and after waiting for hours, I was told by the supposed supervisor, Maria Marano, that I would have to wait until 11:00 a.m. When I asked for assistance, Maria Marano was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful.
