AmeriJet has become one the most unreliable shipping provider, a lot of their delays are happening in the Caribbean and south America locations, and they are acting like a third world shipper, their customer service is extremely poor, and again they refuse to respond to specific customer questions, it took a little over three weeks for my family to collect an air shipment to Guyana and then refuse to respond for a credit request, customers should never accept this and should sue in small claims court if necessary, a person s... read more
I was waiting for over an hour for a response. When the phone finally picked up I heard a gentlemen on the line and then they hung up. When I called back the automated message said they were closed. This was all while waiting as the next caller in line. Unacceptable and unprofessional . Management needs to me aware
One star is almost too much. Flights do not happen, customers don't get notified, no responsibility is taken for non performance. Ocean freight is faster than this company.
If I could give 0, I surely would. Today is October16th 2020 and I am still waiting for 2 barrels which was shipped by air from JFK on September 23rd 2020. Trying to contact them is hard labour, emails don't go through, phones hang up on you, if by chance you are able to get in touch with customer service between 8-8:30am, after shifting you around departments or putting you on hold forever they promise to call back with information but they never do.
