I bought a room at 4 in the morning. At 6-7 AM staff GAVE SOMEONE A KEYCARD who was impersonating me. They did not check ID. This person broke into the room and assaulted my guest. The hotel is not only refusing a refund but they kicked us out. Is the victims. I payed $141 to sleep for 2-3 hours. I’m taking them to court.
We stay here once a year when visiting friends. We come back because it's the ONLY place in town. They have recently updated the rooms but NOT the bathrooms. We have an accessible room and the sink is simply a white sink hanging on the wall with a 3 inch × 8 inch glass ledge for all your toiletries. We had to open the ironing board and use it to place our toothbrushes, etc on. The only thing I'll give this hotel IS the service. I don't believe they should advertise certain luxuries such as a heated pool if those things are not. The pool was freezing. The room was honestly disgusting. They claim there's "special attention" to high touch areas, there was most definitely not. The entire chair area, including the chair hadn't been touched in weeks.
