I hope this is the correct place to review the Insurance we got for my wife in Feb. I have filed many grievances for her and they all come back the same, they are protected by people they hire to take the grievance.They won't pay for my wife's annual wellness exam, and if it is because the Doctors office at Jackson Mem in Miami is submitting the wrong codes for preventative testing, then why don't they say it instead of sending us EOB's that do not make sense.
