This is the worst insurance company we have ever had. My husband is bed ridden, he can not stand or walk due to atrophy from being in a ventilator from heart issues and was prescribed a lift when he left hospital and the insurance denied it saying it wasn't medically necessary. If he doesn't get approved I'd love to know who does, someone with there legs cut off? I don't know how these people working for the company can sleep at night. Keystone Service coordinator managers hyper focus on and sweat the small stuff which is why UPMC will always be the best!!! If you want to be a service coordinator, UPMC is where it is at. Good Quality of life and decent management for this very difficult work.

This is not a medical facility. It’s an office where employees work hard to ensure vulnerable communities of Americans have access to medicaid when they need it the most.
