Worst insurance ever.. How do you have someone go to physical therapy without doing a MRI or xRay? When a person has a spinal injury do you send them exercises or do you send them to find out how bad their spine/injury is. Well AmeriHealth would rather you injure yourself more before checking first. I have scoliosis pinched nerve chronic muscle spasms a herniated disc. I hope this is the correct place to review the Insurance we got for my wife in Feb. I have filed many grievances for her and they all come back the same, they are protected by people they hire to take the grievance.They won't pay for my wife's annual wellness exam, and if it is because the Doctors office at Jackson Mem in Miami is submitting the wrong codes for preventative testing, then why don't they say it instead of sending us EOB's that do not make sense.
