I recently interviewed with Shavonda Reid, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Had a poor experience with claims rep Michael Claudius. I found him to be creepy and unprofessional.
This is the worst insurance company we have ever had. My husband is bed ridden, he can not stand or walk due to atrophy from being in a ventilator from heart issues and was prescribed a lift when he left hospital and the insurance denied it saying it wasn't medically necessary. If he doesn't get approved I'd love to know who does, someone with there legs cut off? I don't know how these people working for the company can sleep at night.
