I wouldn’t even give them one star!!!! First off I live in a complex that has a contract with them so I’m forced to use them, if I had a choice I would definitely advise you to go else where. My problem isn’t the process it self but the miscommunication, promise call backs, the technician saying “he has to schedule with Rosemary” Rosemary saying “we have schedule with the technician”!!!!!
