I spent nearly 20.00 (with shipping) on a thin cheap 3 toggle plate I specified (per their instructions) a #4 8" . This company disregarded my order and without notifying me substituted a #3 6" and now are refusing to refund my money. Did not apologize for sending what they wanted not what I MARKED and needed. I could've bought a 6" like theirs anywhere for 6.99 as you can see I needed 8" to cover this toggle plate. They refuse accountability took my money and sent what they knew from the order is the wrong size. Bad online ... read more

We recently remodeled a dark, drab outdated building on our recently purchased 8.5 acre property. There is no pushy sales tactics and your are not upsold machines that don't fit the job we are doing.
