First time here and absolutely loved it.. The food was delicious and timely.. Our waiter was attentive and genuinely helpful for picking out my new favorite.. the imperial pasta😍.!!The manager even checked on us twice to make sure we being taken care of.. I’m coming back soon if just to pick up some tiramisu 🍰🍰🍰🍰.. thanks for a great first..
Belated birthday dinner with a friend and it was PERFECT!!!
I always LOVE Amerigo, but really enjoyed my experience there today. I called in an order (Chicken Acura, my fav!), and was kindly greeted by the bartender. He was extremely busy and another employee came to help me. Not one employee walked by without a smile and polite greeting! Kudos on a great staff! It makes a difference, and y'all are doing it right. Not to mention, my food is always amazing.
Service was impeccable! Food was amazing ! We had four different entrees and each sampled others and everything we tasted was amazing!
The food and service were very good, but one of our group found a hair in her water glass and asked to see the manager. We used a phone flashlight to make sure it was a hair and not a thread or something. It sure was, it didn't match any of our heads and you could even see the hair follicle attached at the end. 🤢 The manager came over rudely, asked what the problem was, took the glass and walked off. This has been our favorite restaurant for over a decade and they never disappoint. The Flowood location is just as excellent as the original Ridgeland location. Fantastic food, excellent service, best dessert in town.
Found a curly hair with the follicle attached in the bottom inside of my drink. When I spoke to the manager, she approached table with an attitude anyway. Then, I felt shouldn’t have to pay for my meal. Manager said basically it was not their fault and it was my fault the hair was in my glass plus if I didn’t pay for meal she would call the cops. I will be calling head office. Completely disgusted and disrespectful by the manager!!!
great food and atmosphere
Our dinner and server were great. The problem came when one of our party members found a hair in her drink. She asked to see the manager and didn’t feel she should have to pay for it. The manager was very rude to her. Accused us of laughing and taking pictures. Then accused her of putting the hair in her own drink. She basically told her to pay for it or she would call the cops on her. Not an experience to tell about. I usually love this restaurant.
