What a wonderful experience. I had a lift installed in our garage for my wife. Beginning with my first conversation with Lindsay she has been upfront with the process and guiding me through it. Extremely professional and caring. We were fortunate to receive the work of installers Jason and David. Again, it was perfection. I highly recommend AmeriGlide of Lexington.
Lindsey, as the owner of the company, is so very helpful with every little detail of the ordering of the lift. Lindsey has great customer skills and is very efficient in her job. She also has 2 great employees, Jason & David that make installation a breeze. The installers showed up on time, ready to work, and got to the job at hand. They were also a great representation from a female owned business right in Lexington, KY.
Lindsay Sheffer -Ameriglide Lexington is the most responsive company we have dealt with. Her technicians - Jason and David were true gentleman and showed us that they were very concerned with resolving the mechanical issue with our platform lift. They completed the repairs in a timely manner, and left the job site spic and span. Plus, they traveled 200 miles to come to our rescue. I purchased my stair lift from Lindsey of AmeriGlide of Lexington. From the minute I stepped into the showroom, she made me feel at home. She let me test out two different lifts and told me the pros and cons of each. She also showed me the smaller power chairs that would fit my needs.
