I have recently had the pleasure of working with AmeriGlide. We purchased a Rave 2 Stair lift for my wife. I want to note that I have never have never dealt with a more professional and responsive Sales Rep. than Caleb High. He made the purchase smooth and enjoyable, answered all my questions and followed through the whole shipment and installation process. He responded after hours and on the weekend, he definitely rates 5 Stars in my book..!! Even made sure we received a sales tax credit with a letter from my wife's Doctor.... read more

Contacted Service for a problem with installation. Roger Adams spent a LOT of time on phone, patiently guiding me. He figured out the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend Ameriglide because of excellent support. Product also works great.

Kelly who helped me during the purchase process was friendly and answered all of my questions Made it so easy. And the brothers who came from Solano (Ethan and Tasso) to install the lift were professional and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. It took just a week from the time it was ordered to installation I was pleasantly surprised I hope the companies that employ them realize their value and reward them accordingly. A very satisfied customer

Jessica is very efficient. She took care of my issue timely. David Leece came on a holiday to install my stair lift, which insured I was able to move to my daughter's and get up the stairs. Which I was promised would be installed before I got there. Unfortunately my sales rep was not a efficient as promised. Thank you Jessica and David.
