I've never had any serious issues, they deliver it and thats great. One time had an issue and the call center in a foreign country kept messing it up, so just drove over to the facility and spoke to my delivery guy in person and got it fixed right away.
Very poor relations
Very hard getting hold of this company, 4th time today. Guess it's time to look for another company
Ended up with a tank leak after multiple visits of them fixing problems they created with their new monitors and things that were supposed to help track this exact problem. Got locked out of my tank. No propane when my entire house runs on propane. I also run my business out of my house. Was told I’d be getting a new tank on Monday to find out that nothing was put in for that to happen.
