Terrible, horrible customer service. Want to contact Amerigas? Figure on waiting for an hour on hold. We are canceling our service and getting another provider.
I’m going on 21 years with Amerigas and they have been great to me!!!
Worst customer service. Ever. They hang up on you and don't help you. Foreign country answers and doesn't understand you.
I've never had any serious issues, they deliver it and thats great. One time had an issue and the call center in a foreign country kept messing it up, so just drove over to the facility and spoke to my delivery guy in person and got it fixed right away.
