Pre covid we thought they were a good company with good customer service. Now they are being dropped after months of issues. I'm done with them... forever.
First of all, this company has no respect for the customers clear wishes. I have my online account set to disable autopay, and have had it set that way since Before our first bill, and that have now taken over 1,000 dollars of my money on auto pay, and claimed they didnt even have my card information. I had to cancel my bank card. The worst part of it all is that their customer service is NEVER available with high 90+ Minute wait times only for them to hang up on you as soon as they pick up the phone.
