terrible communications. Avoid if you can.
We had a service appt to have propane hooked up to our generator. We were given a 5 hour window. We are displaced from our home due to flooding/mold so he couldn't wait inside. He had to sit outside in the heat in Florida for 5 hours and no one showed up! It took me > 45 minutes to get someone from customer service on the phone only to have them say we have no idea why no one showed up, here is another appt with a 5 hr window. This company has the worst customer service being on hold for over an hour multiple times is unacceptable no one in the office during business hours called suburban gas and wow someone answered phone and our questions I would not use this company you will regret it
Zero customer service. They get away with it because amerigas is a monopoly!
Don't do business with this company. Their customer service is horrible. You will have to call them multiple times just to get them to come out one time and then after they do, they'll do a horrible job and never show back up to do it correctly. I've been doing business with them for 27 years and I finally canceled them. Your company has deteriorated.
