Submitted numerous service requests online though my account and have received no follow up communications.
AFTER SENDING ME MULTIPLE EMAILS STATING "THE DELIVERY WAS ON IT'S WAY, AND THEY WERE NO SHOWS. I THEN GET AN OLD FEE THAT WAS WAIVED 1 YEAR EARLIER. SUCH NONSENSE. MAKE AMERIGAS GREAT AGAIN. CUSTOMER SVS
Terrible experience. We smelled gas and called around 2:30 in the afternoon. We shut gas off at outside tank. We shut down our shop and waited. We left at five. technician called me on my cell around 6:30 and I met him at my shop. He disconnected the line from the tank to the shop and locked it up and said another tech would come out in the morning to put some gas in and leak test it. i called the tech early afternoon as I havent seen or heard from anyone and he said they would be here soon. I love having propane in my major appliances and pool heater, but the expense and awkward, frustrating delivery experience has me contemplating switching out to electric. At $5.80 a gallon plus fees, it’s a real budget buster. However, the process to get my second tank (the pool heater tank that I fill a couple of time a a year), has been insanely frustrating.
