As of right now, I was given an estimate for a $1600 installation for propane. After they came out that’s all the tank I was given a $4500 bill for installation with some bogus charge of Four hours for $798 an hour for install while two technicians were out for approximately 45 minutes. Customer Service has been a nightmare and took three weeks just to set up installation in the first place. Would never recommend this company and this better be rectified or I will continue to shout from the roof about the fraudulent practice... read more
Amerigas charged me 119 dollars when I called them to repair a 4 yr old connection that they installed. The rep came out any told me he could not do the repair and gave me the number to a private contractor who did the repair for 400 dollars. I think a gas connection should no ware in 4 yrs my house could have exploded from the leak.
Fast service I do not use much propane, I only use it for a generator. It only runs for a long time if w have an power down.
