Don’t even deserve one star
Worst company on the planet. Bought a new house and didn’t need their tank. I called them they said they would come get it. They never mentioned I would be getting an $80 service bill in the mail to remove the tank THEY OWN out of my yard. If I knew I would get charged I would have just left it sit there forever. If you want customer service go somewhere else.
Can't make contact. I am an existing customer in Watkins Glen NY. I have been out of gas on one of our tanks for about a week and have not been able to reach anyone by phone for 2 + weeks - maybe 6 calls. Calls go to a recording that always says that they are experiencing an unusual number of calls and directs me to their website and automated phone system which doesnt work for me. I also sent an E-mail one week ago but have not received a reply. Does anyone know if Amerigas is still in business?
