Service was awesome!
Horrible customer service ever since they outsourced to overseas. Call center is incompetent and unable to fix any problems. I loathe calling this company.
They have earned every bit of the bad reviews they received. In 27 years running a business I have never delt with a more unprofessional propane company. Holding my hoses hostage because a disgruntle tech "decided" to deem our connections not up to "his" standards now I haven't had propane to service our customers for two weeks! Called customer service, told them my situation, placed me on a lengthy hold, and finally hung up on me while waiting on hold.
Looked up the average price per gallon of propane in Pennsylvania and I was charged $1.00 per gallon more. Have been a customer for 19 years
