Service is always prompt. This last delivery was made earlier than indicated which was great due to an incoming snow storm.
Never received an estimate from my site survey. Also getting on the phone with them is almost impossible. Multiple calls have been on hold for over 45 minutes each time.
My tank was set up for auto replenish, but somehow it got changed to will call, which I was not aware of and we ended up running out of gas. Better communication from you would have prevented us from running out, and even if a home is will call, there should be some sort of communication warning that our tank is low. I then called to get an urgent delivery and paid the extra $450 for that service, and was told it would be delivered within 2 days.
