I just had an unauthorized delivery. Our last delivery was on June 28, 2023. That same year they left us high and dry in the winter with no fuel. Canceled them. Fast forward to today when I got a message that they had delivered. Called them up and they said there was nothing they could do because we are on AUTOMATIC delivery. Now we went a whole tahoe winter without an automatic delivery, our last delivery was JUNE 2023.... now all of a sudden we are back on automatic delivery in the middle of summer?!
