July 2024- Amerigas installed a new wireless monitor on my leased tank. The new pressure regulator valve leaked propane. Two trips out, the tech managed to find and fix the problem (five stars to him); but Amerigas hit me with a bill for nearly $800 for repairs on their leased equipment. Month later, four emails, three phone calls, two letters, the bill still shows up as past due on my account. Spoke to two people from India, one from Phillipines who 'has to refer this to a supervisor'. Way to go Amerigas!

Worst company ever called and placed an order with their non-american call center reps they took my money told me 7 to 10 days, order never came, called them to find out why, I told us there was no order. We informed them they took our money we want our propane, told us they'd be there the next day never came, when we called them back they told us they'd be there the next day, they never came my husband was so upset he was screaming into the phone finally we get service the next day as promised. Cannot get ahold of anyone helpful. I got a "customer service experience agent" or something to that effect and wanted to ask the simple question if they inspect and restamp propane tanks for rvs and he gave me a phone number that goes back through their ai program loop. Unhelpful.

Jan 9 2024. AmeriGas services body truck weaving in and out of traffic at Over 80mph, raining, decreased visibility, etc. What a great example. Traveling south on I5 passing Roseburg around 13:40. This is the 2nd time I've seen this type of hazardous driving by an AmeriGas truck, in the same area.

Terrible company. When you call for a refill, you get some foreigner that cannot speak fluid English and then disconnects you when you ask for a rep you can understand. I have been waiting for a month to get a refill, but they keep lying to you when it will come. When you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor you are put on hold for perpetuity. When it finally comes, a month later, the service man says their equipment is broken down, so cannot get to those in need and does not have serviceable equipment locally to fill ord... read more
