Your driver who's just serviced Moonlight Bay Resort is going up and down a 25 mph Road being Harolds Road at about 40% please tell your drivers to slow down and residential areas they are driving large heavy trucks and areas where people walk and children play
I have been trying for 3 months that I somehow inherited by buy a property never asked to fill the tank or keep the tank. No one ever answers the phone. They called today told me I owed a $32 late fee and still after being transferred to close the account I sat on the phone for 45 minutes yet again.
Prices almost double anyone else in my area. They have me at $3.50 per gallon with a $236 per year tank rental fee. Everyone else is at $1.99 per gallon at most. I have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting as I write this, because I'm fed up and want to cancel. But they can't even do that right. And the "customer service" is a phone tree that ends up routing your call to a country overseas where they have no idea or understanding of the issues you bring to them, they just say "okee ser I am berry berry solly dis is habbe... read more
Have always been awesome dealing with them. Easy to talk to and always helpful.
EDIT 9/16/2024: Just wanted to update my review of Amerigas. Their price of propane is $3.39 per gallon. Yearly tank rental fee of $176 is only waived if you use double the tank size (that'd be 650 gallons or $2,203). Not feasible with these mild winters. They won't sell me the tank and it's $300 for them to remove it. It feels like I'm trapped in an abusive relationship. Currently on hold with "customer service" while I write this.
