DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS NICE AND GAS DILIVERY IS RIGHT ON TIME AND I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH THE NOTICE I RECEIVE TELLING ME WHEN GAS WILL BE DELIVERED.
I replied to the email address , on July 21. I have yet to see a response. After being placed on hold for 30-40 minutes multiple times, not very thrilled with their customer service. Now that I am cancelling, they are saying it will be 400$ to pick up the tank. No thanks.

Switched to save money. Customer Service Phonelines backed up. Ran out of propane twice. Charged extra fees. Refill took over 24 hours in frozen conditions. Automatic updates for delivery schedule were wrong. Totally unacceptable.
