I replied to the email address , on July 21. I have yet to see a response. After being placed on hold for 30-40 minutes multiple times, not very thrilled with their customer service. Now that I am cancelling, they are saying it will be 400$ to pick up the tank. No thanks.

Switched to save money. Customer Service Phonelines backed up. Ran out of propane twice. Charged extra fees. Refill took over 24 hours in frozen conditions. Automatic updates for delivery schedule were wrong. Totally unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was a customer for 5 years, getting my propane tank filled twice a year. Not once—not a single time—did they deliver on time. They’d give me a delivery window, miss it, then reschedule and miss that too. Every delivery took at least five follow-up calls, each with nearly an hour on hold.
