I do not like getting down to 5 percent on my tank and having to make multiple calls to find out about our delivery date. I updated my tank level on the website but no one really reaches out. They went past their delivery date and it's getting annoying.
AmeriGas dose a great job of keeping me informed by way of text messages to my cell phone of when I can expect of next delivery of propane to fill my tank.
Very pleased with AmeriGas.
There's no option for zero or negative stars. Tank was overfilled by Amerigas due to faulty gas gauge, causing the vent cap to blow and leak gas the following week. Technician replaced the cap. Several days later it occurred again, but no one responded to this 2nd gas leak report despite me waiting at home that day and the next. I called the following day, but still no response, and shockingly no one has ever followed up to address the gas leak. First of all - there is absolutely no customer service offered anywhere in the United States. No matter which number you call, you will be routed to a foreign call center. I was routed to Africa, India, and the Phillipines and I could barely understand any of them. They missed my delivery window without any notice to me and then ran me in circles as I was panicking about running out of gas. They finally showed up when I was at 9% in my tank.
