During the bad wind storm a couple weeks ago my propane tank flipped over thankfully no explosion, but They came out disconnected the tank from my house, and helped me prop it up on its side with a wooden pallet I had laying around and then just left. Its been snowing in Youngstown Ohio and we have no heat I call them and call them and am met with empty promises. " Someone will call you". or We will get to it when we get to it". I am literally going to post a bad review everyday until I have heat again mostly because I dont know what else to do. Its still winter in Youngstown OH I am literally on hold for someone in charge because someone was suppose to come out today and nobody showed. going on 45 min I think they literally put me on hold and out just waiting for me to hang up
Would not recommend to anyone. We are setup on auto delivery which should take the worry out of having to remember to call to have our tank filled and yet they let us run out of propane for 2 full days during the coldest week of the year. Find another place if you are in need of propane.
Will never do business again no care whatsoever. Tried to have a pickup fee waived because I moved and the new owner went with a different company but I get charged 400+ when I've had the tank for 30 years worst company ever
Terrible service, almost impossible to get a hold of someone who is able to help you. Placed on hold for over an hour each time and then sometimes cut off. They allowed my tank in the winter to get to 8%. This is totally unacceptable especially when I’m on automatic refill request. The attitude from the company is a really don’t care.
