Worst company ever. Its been over 2 years trying to close my account and get them out of my hair. Moving all communication to a call center in India was the dumbest idea ever. Support actual local propane providers.
My experience is the worst customer experience i have ever had. You can't understand the employees, There is lots of conversations going on in the background. The phone cuts out so you can barely understand hat is being said. I am on a budget pay system and I have made my payments every month for four years. In spite of that. I learned that I somehow owe Amerigas $2,300.00! No one can tell me why it's been ran up that high or why the delivery drivers have been delivering every two weeks, and only putting 60%
I closed my account in May and paid in full. Just to get another bill for 256.00 dollars for them to pick up there own tank. You got to be fkm. What a rip off. I will never use these people again.
