Very appreciative to their quick response to my situation
I want to thank Aaron for responding so quickly and getting my furnace going while I was scheduled to leave on a plane in a few hours! After my emergency call, he arrived within a half hour and had it up and running before I was done packing. Turnbull continued their excellent customer service today, 10 out of 10 for Aaron!
They charge an outlandish termination fee and will raise your rate after they lure you in as well. Supervisors have failed to produce the signed agreement or an itemized account history despite numerous written attempts as well. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
