Guilford Gas was amazing. They always came within a couple of days of contacting them, and their customer service was wonderful. Now that Amerigas has taken control, the customer service is awful. They claim you never make requests for gas refills when you make the request multiple times. You pay ahead of time, and then they do not put you in the queue. Please, please, please DO NOT get involved with these people!!! They have ZERO customer service. My 85 year old grandmother has been trying to make contact with them for MONTHS through store visits, phone calls, emails and even hand written letters to have the tank taken off her property. She has been unable to reach anyone and has not heard back from them either. I have made several attempts to contact them with no luck. I been on hold for customer service for 1hr 30min!!! Every time i call it says 60 plus minutes then i call said 9 minutes i called at exactly 8am and here we still are.........close to 2hrs later!!! NEVER AGIAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
They have absolutely the worst customer service in the front office I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, I have personally been in the store and both of them would just sit there and watch it ring and just forget getting them to help if you have problems with an invoice you have to call out of town to one of the surrounding counties to even get that fixed. They have the front office closed now and that is probably for the best!
